RESOLUTION 98-155
FINDING NO OBJECTION TO LAWFUL GAMBLING EXEMPTION
FOR THE NATIONAL WILD TURKEY FEDERATION
WHEREAS, notice of Lawfiil Gambling Exemption have been submitted to the City by the
National Wild Turkey Federation for a raffle to be conducted on March 12, 1998.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that it
finds no objection to the Lawfid Gambling Exemption for the National Wild Turkey Federation for
an event at the West Medicine Lake Community Club on March 12, 1998. The City fiirther
waives the 30 -day approval waiting period.
Adopted by the City Council on March 4, 1998.
