RESOLUTION NO. 98-145
APPROVAL OF CONTRACTURAL STREET SWEEPING SERVICES
FOR THE SPRING OF 1998
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved fiinds to contract with a sweeping company for the
spring sweeping project in 1998, and
WHEREAS, the City has prepared specifications and received bids on March 2nd", 1998, and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:
Allied Blacktop Co. $61.45 per hour per broom.
Clean Sweep Inc. $63.50 per hour per broom, and
WHEREAS, Allied Blacktop Co. does not meet the specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that we accept the bid from Clean Sweep Inc. for
$63.50 per hour/per machine.
FURTHER, that the fiinding for the Contractual Street Sweeping Services will be from
101 - 1611 - 7512.
Adopted by the City Council on March 4, 1998.
