RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 127
APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH DNR FOR
WEST MEDICINE LAKE FISHING PIER
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has requested the allocation of a fishing pier from the
Minnesota DNR for West Medicine Lake Park, and
WHEREAS, the Minnesota DNR has approved that request for 1998, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has reviewed said agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that the agreement between the City of Plymouth and the
Minnesota DNR for the provision of one fishing pier at West Medicine Lake Park is hereby
approved, and fiirther, that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign said
agreement on behalf of the City of Plymouth, and fiirther, that fiinding for this project will
come from park dedication fiinds allocated in the 1998 capital improvements program.
Adopted by the City Council on March 4, 1998.
