RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 121
APPROVING THE 1998 - 2002 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM
(CIP) FOR THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth develops a Capital Improvements Program which outlines
proposed capital expenditures for city streets, water and sewer systems, and parks; and
WHEREAS, the proposed Capital Improvement Program for the years 1998 - 2002 has been
reviewed by the Plymouth Planning Commission, following a duly called public hearing on
February 10, 1998; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission unanimously recommends that the City Council
approve the 1998 - 2002 Capital Improvement Program;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, that the 1998 - 2002 Capital Improvements Program is hereby
approved.
Adopted by the City Council on February 18, 1998.
