RESOLUTION NO. 98-116
APPROVING ON -SALE INTOXICATING AND SUNDAY LIQUOR LICENSES
FOR GRANDMA' S, INC. D/B/A
GRANDMA' S RESTAURANT AND GRILL OF PLYMOUTH
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an on -sale and Sunday liquor license
from Grandma's Inc. d/b/ Grandma's Restaurant and Grill of Plymouth, 3000 Harbor
Lane, and
WHEREAS, the Public Safety department has conducted an investigation and found no
reason to recommend denial of the license; and
WHEREAS, the City Council conducted a public hearing and finds no reason to deny the
application;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth
that an on -sale intoxicating and Sunday liquor license is hereby approved for Grandma's,
Inc. d/b/a/ Grandma's Restaurant and Grill of Plymouth, 3000 Harbor Lane, effective
February 18, 1998, through January 31, 1999.
Approved by the City Council on February 18, 1998.
