RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 114
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 WITH LAGERQUIST CORPORATION
WHEREAS, the constriction manager has submitted a recommendation for Change Order
No. 1 in the deduct amount of $1,640 and
WHEREAS, City staff concurs with this recommendation,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUH CITY COUNCIL that
Change Order No. 1 with Lagerquist Corporation is hereby approved in the deduct amount
of $1,640 and further, that the final contract amount is now $24,812.
Adopted by the City Council on February 18, 1998.
