RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 113
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 AND FINAL PAYMENT TO
ANDERSEN MECHANICAL
WHEREAS, Andersen Mechanical has completed all of the mechanical work on the
Plymouth Ice Center Project, and
WHEREAS, the work has been done in an exemplary fashion; and
WHEREAS, the constriction manager and Director of Parks and Recreation are
recommending approval of Change Order No. 2 and final payment,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUH CITY COUNCIL that
Change Order No. 2 in the amount of $1,157.85 and final payment in the amount of
$45,004.85 is hereby approved, and fiirther, that the Change Order amount of $1,157.85 shall
be charged to the project administration fiind.
Adopted by the City Council on February 18, 1998.
