RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 112
APPROVING AMMENDMENTS TO THE PERSONNEL POLICY
WHEREAS, City staff periodically reviews Personnel Policy and recommends changes to
better align the policy with labor contracts and the external employment market; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended that an additional eight hours of leave be
provided to regular City employees not represented by the bargaining unit; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, that it should and hereby does approve amendments to the Personnel
Policy in Sections 3-2.1 and 3-11.2, thereof, providing an additional eight hours of vacation
or annual leave after 16 years of service.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the above amendment will be effective on February
21, 1998.
Adopted by the City Council on February 18, 1998.
