RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 109
RESOLUTION AWARDING BID
WELL NO. 7 REPAIR
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for repair of Well No. 7 and all necessary
appurtenances, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the following
bids were received complying with the advertisement:

WHEREAS, it appears that Keys Well Drilling Company of St. Paul, MN is the lowest
responsible bidder, complying with the minimum specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota:
1. The Mayor and City Manager were hereby authorized and directed to enter into the
contract with Keys Well Drilling of St. Paul, MN in the name of the City of Plymouth for
repair of Well No. 7 according to the plans and specifications on file in the office of the
City Engineer in the amount of $42,83 8.00 for the Alternate A bid.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the
deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the successfi l bidder and the
next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed.
Adopted by the City Council on February 18, 1998.
