RESOLUTION 98 - 99
FINAL REIMBURSMENT TO DEVELOPER FOR
REQUIRED STREET AND STORM SEWER CONSTRUCTION
XENIUM/VINEWOOD LANE
CITY PROJECT NO. 214
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth and JANCO, INC. have entered into a development
contract dated December 11, 1995 for the development of French Ridge Park Addition; and
WHEREAS, as part of this development, the developer was required to constrict Xenium
/Vinewood Lane in French Ridge Park Addition to conform with City standards for street
constriction; and
WHEREAS, the work is 100% complete as certified by JANCO, INC.'s engineer as detailed
in the approved plans and specifications; and
WHEREAS, this amounts to $185,885.85.
WHEREAS, a previous payment was made to JANCO, Inc. in the amount of $120,054.40.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the developer, JANCO INC., is to be
reimbursed in the amount of $65,831.45 for the constriction of Xenium/Vinewood Lane in
accordance with the approved plans and specifications and City policy.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the fiinds be allocated from the City's MSA Fund.
