RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 87
APPROVING A CHANGE ORDER FOR THE ELM CREEK PLAYFIELD
WHEREAS, the City's constriction manager, M. A. Mortenson, has recommended approval of
Change Order No. 14 with S. R. Weidema, Inc., in the amount of $3,277 and
WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed said change order and finds it to be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that Change
Order No. 14 with S. R. Weidema, Inc., in the amount of $3,277 is hereby approved
Adopted by the City Council of February 4, 1998.
