RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 86
APPROVAL OF EAST MEDICINE LAKE AND VICKSBURG/SCHMIDT LAKE ROAD
PLAY EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the receipt of bids for the purchase of equipment for
East Medicine Lake and Vicksburg/Schmidt Lake Road for the City of Plymouth; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with State Statute bid specifications were prepared and distributed and
bid proposals were received and opened on January 26"' for East Medicine Lake Park and January
27"' for Vicksburg/Schmidt Lake Road Park; and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:
PARK BIDDER PURCHASE PRICE
East Medicine Lake Park Miracle Recreation $49,906.50
Vicksburg/Schmidt Lake Park St. Croix Recreation, Inc. $48,501.91
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the bids from Miracle Recreation, and St. Croix Recreation,
Inc. are declared the lowest responsible bidders for play equipment for East Medicine Lake Park and
Vicksburg/Schmidt Lake Park and accepts their bids in the amount of $49,906.50 from East
Medicine Lake Park and $48,509.91 for Vicksburg/Schmidt Lake Road Park.
FURTHER, that fiinding is from Fund 410.
Adopted by the Plymouth City Council on February 4, 1998.
