RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 77
APPROVAL OF PURCHASE OF THREE SEDANS, THREE UTILITY VEHICLES, TWO
PICKUP TRUCKS, FOUR SQUAD CARS AND ONE/ONE TON TRUCK
CHASSIS
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved in the 1998 Budget purchase of three Sedans, three
Utility Vehicles, two Pickup Tricks, four Squad Cars and one/One Ton Trick Chassis and;
WHEREAS the City may purchase off state and county contracts and;
WHEREAS, there are State and County contracts on theses vehicles.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, to purchase the following vehicles with pricing not to exceed the
listed amount including State Sales Tax:
SEDANS (3)
$15,700.00 EACH

FURTHER, that the fiinding for all vehicles, except the trick chassis, will be 602-1760-8004. The
trick chassis fiinding will be 101-1612-8004.
Adopted by the City Council on February 4, 1998.
