RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 76
APPROVAL OF ONE NEW CURRENT MODEL HIGH VELOCITY SEWER CLEANER
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has approved in the 1998 Budget the purchase of a replacement
High Velocity Sewer Cleaner and;
WHEREAS, the City has prepared specifications and advertised for bids and received a bid from
Flexible Pipe Tool Company and;
WHEREAS, Flexible Pipe Tool Company met specifications and is considered the lowest responsible
bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Flexible Pipe Tool Company meets the City's specifications and
accepts their bid of $88,808.88. This price includes sales tax.
FURTHER, that the fiinding will be 602-1760-8004.
Adopted by the Plymouth City Council on February 4, 1998.
