RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 74
IDENTIFYING CERTAIN NONCONSERVATION CLASSIFIED TAX
FORFEITED LAND AND REQUESTING THE CONVEYANCE TO THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH FOR DRAINAGE AND UTILITY PURPOSES
PIN 29-118-22-31-0012
WHEREAS, PIN 29-118-22-31-0012 is non conservation land under the definitions prescribed by
Minnesota Statutes; and
WHEREAS, the City Council confirms that this tax forfeited parcel is non developable by virtue
of its size; and
WHEREAS, this tax forfeited parcel was authorized for public sale to either adjoining property
owner in 1992; and
WHEREAS, neither adjoining property owner opted to purchase this tax forfeited property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA as follows:
1. It is deemed proper and for a public purpose to request the conveyance of
certain non conservation tax forfeited land to the City.
2. The County Commissioners of the County of Hennepin are hereby requested to
convey to the City of Plymouth the following tax forfeited land for public
drainage and utility purposes:
Legal Description: The South 30 feet of the North 1054 feet of the
East 3 13. 5 feet of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter
of Section 29, Township 118, Range 22, except road (PIN 29-118-
22-31-0012).
Adopted by the City Council on February 4, 1998.
