RESOLUTION 98-55
APPROVING CORPORATE NAME CHANGE FOR
OFF -SALE 3.2 MALT LIQUOR LICENSE HELD
BY SUPERAMERICA GROUP, A DIVISION OF ASHLAND, INC.
WHEREAS, the City has issued an off -sale 3.2 malt liquor license to SuperAmerica Group, A
Division of Ashland, Inc., d/b/a SuperAmerica 44341, at 5750 Nathan Lane; and
WHEREAS, the licensee has notified the City that the corporate name has changed from
SuperAmerica Group, a Division of Ashland, Inc. to Speedway/SuperAmerica LLC.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City Council approves the corporate license name
change from SuperAmerica Group, A Division of Ashland, Inc., d/b/a SuperAmerica #4341, to
Speedway/SuperAmerica LLC, for the location licensed to sell off -sale 3.2 malt liquor at 5750
Nathan Lane.
Adopted by the City Council on January 21, 1998.
