PREPARATION OF CITY COUNCIL MINUTES
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that staff is directed to include the language "Proposed
Minutes" on draft City Council minutes, and to change the language to "Adopted
Minutes" when the minutes have been approved by the City Council.
Adopted by the Plymouth City Council on January 7, 1998.
