SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO
FILING OF RESOLUTION NO. 98-26
VACATING A PERMANENT EASEMENT FOR STREET AND
UTILITY PURPOSES IN OUTLOT A, PLYMOUTH FREEWAY
CENTER 4TH ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the vacation of a permanent easement for
street and utility easements within Outlot A, Plymouth Freeway Center 4"' Addition by
Resolution No. 98-26.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That said resolution shall be filed
concurrently with the final plat of Plymouth Woods Office Center.
Adopted by the City Council on January 7, 1998.
