RESOLUTION NO. 98-21
APPROVAL OF PURCHASE ONE LOW HOUR DEMONSTRATOR TRACK TYPE
TRACTOR
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved in the 1998 budget the purchase of a motor
grader and the purchase of Track Type Tractor (Dozer); and
WHEREAS, the City may purchase off State contracts; and
WIffiREAS, the State has a contract for a small Track Type Tractor.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, TO PURCHASE ONE LOW HOUR
DEMONSTRATOR TRACK TYPE TRACTOR FROM ZIEGLER INC. OFF THE STATE
CONTRACT (# 010298-1), FOR THE PURCHASE PRICE OF $68,126.00 EXCLUDING
SALES TAX.
FURTHER, that the funding will be 602-1760-8004
Adopted by the City Council on January 7, 1998.
