RESOLUTION NO. 98-15
APPROVING FENCE UPGRADE AT ZACHARY PLAYFIELD
WHEREAS, the Zachary sports complex is being modified to handle youth baseball
versus adult softball, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to upgrade the current fencing system in order to protect both
spectators and players on this site,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY
COUNCIL that the Director of Parks and Recreation is authorized to solicit and award
bids for the upgraded fencing at Zachary Playfield, and fiirther, that the Finance Director is
authorized to charge said cost to the appropriate park dedication accounts.
