RESOLUTION NO. 98-14
APPROVING CHANGE ORDERS FOR THE ELM CREEK PLAYFIELD
WHEREAS, the city's constriction manager, M. A. Mortenson, has recommended
approval of change order no. 3 to Northwest Bituminous in the amount of $53,500 and
change order no. 11 to S. R. Wedema, Inc., in the amount of $41,878, and
WHEREAS, city staff has reviewed said change orders,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
change order no. 3 with Northwest Bituminous, Inc., and change order no. 11 with S R.
Wedema are hereby approved.
