HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1998-013CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 98 - 13 APPROVING LOT DIVISION/LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR NEW HOME SERVICES FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT LOTS 14 AND 15, BLOCK 1, FRENCH RIDGE PARK (97178) WHEREAS, an application has been filed by New Home Services which requests approval of a lot division/lot consolidation to divide and consolidate two parcels of land located in French Ridge Park, as legally described on Attachment One, attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof, and WHEREAS, the proposed lot arrangement for which the lot division/lot consolidation is sought is as legally described on Attachment Two, attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof, and WHEREAS, the City Council has fiilly considered the request for the lot division/lot consolidation. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the lot division/lot consolidation for New Home Services, subject to the following conditions: 1. This resolution approves a lot division/lot consolidation for Lots 14 and 15, Block 1, French Ridge Park, in accordance with the plans received by the City on December 8, 1997. 2. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memo. Adopted by the City Council on January 7, 1998. STATE OF MINNESOTA) Resolution 98-13 (97178) Page 2 of 4 COUNTY OF HENNEPIN) SS. The undersigned, being the duly qualified and appointed City Clerk of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, certifies that I compared the foregoing resolution adopted at a meeting of the Plymouth City Council on January 7, 1998 with the original thereof on file in my office, and the same is a correct transcription thereof. PARCEL B (13015 -39th Avenue North) Lot 14, Block 1, FRENCH RIDGE PARK, according to the duly recorded plat thereof. Note: The parcel designations used herein are f v convenience only and do not represent an integral part cif the legal descriptions. Resolution 98-13 (97178) Page 4 of 4 ATTACHMENT TWO (PROPOSED LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS) PARCEL A (Common Space Lot) Lot 15, Block 1, FRENCH RIDGE PARK, according to the duly recorded plat thereof, except that part described as follows: Commencing at the southwest corner of said Lot 14; thence North 8 degrees 41 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 6.00 feet to the point of beginning of the land to be herein described; thence South 81 degrees 19 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 15.00 feet; thence North 8 degrees 41 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 32.00 feet; thence North 81 degrees 19 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 15.00 feet; thence South 8 degrees 41 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 32.00 feet to the point of beginning.
