RESOLUTION NO. 98-5
REPEALING POLICY RELATING TO THE
ISSUANCE OF ON -SALE INTOXICATING
LIQUOR LICENSES
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted a Policy Relating to the Issuance of On -Sale
Intoxicating Liquor Licenses which was last updated by Resolution 90-679 on October 15,
1990; and
WHEREAS, on January 7, 1998, the City Council adopted a revised liquor ordinance
which incorporates provisions of this policy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Policy Relating
to the Issuance of On -Sale Intoxicating Liquor Licenses is hereby repealed.
