ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY CODE FOR A
PUD AMENDMENT TO SECTION 21655.40 (THE VILLAGE AT BASS LAKE PUD)

THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of City Code. Chapter 21 of the city code of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, is hereby amended to revise section 21655.40 (The Village at Bass Lake PUD), as
follows:
21655.40 THE VILLASGE AT BASS CREEIG PUD:
Subd. 1. Legal Description. This PUD is currently legally described as referenced
in Resolution 2015-2354-2W on file in the Office of the Zoning Administrator under File
201503340.
Subd. 2. Incorporated herein by reference are The Villasge at Bass Creekbake plans
received by the City on June 25 and August 12, 2014, except as may be amended amended by City
Council Resolution 2014-298, on file win the Office of the Zoning Administrator under File
2014061 and the Villas of Bass Creek PUD amendment and plans received by the City on April
20 and June 24, 2015, except as may be amended by Council Resolution 2015-235, on file in
the Office of the Zoning Administrator under File 2015033.
Subd. 3. Allowable Uses. The allowable uses shall include single-family detached
homes and those uses listed as accessory uses in the RMF -2 district that are incidental and
customary to single-family homes, provided they comply with all the development standards and
conditions approved by City Council Resolution 2014-298, on file in the Office of the Zoning
Administrator under File 2014061 and City Council Resolution 2015-235, on file in the Office of
the Zoning Administrator under File 2015033.
Subd. 4. Development Standards. Development standards shall be as approved on
the PUD general plan approved by City Council Resolution 2014-298, on file in the Office of the
Zoning Administrator under File 2014061 and City Council Resolution 2015-235, on file in the
Office of the Zoning Administrator under File 2015033.

Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect immediately upon its passage.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 28th day of July, 2015.
