ESOLUTION RDERING MPROVEMENT FOR THE
VLSMOP(15006)
ICKSBURG ANE OUTH ILL AND VERLAY ROJECT
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted a resolution on June 23, 2015, which fixed a date
for a council hearing on the proposed improvement for Vicksburg Lane from County Road 6 to
Gleason Lake Drive by edge mill and overlay of bituminous pavement, replacement of concrete
curb and gutter, and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, a minimum ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice of the
hearing was given, and the hearing was held thereon the 28th day of July, 2015, at which all
persons desiring to be heard will be given an opportunity to be heard thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Plymouth City Council of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted
July 28, 2015.
2. The City Council declares its official intent to reimburse itself for the costs of the
improvement from the proceeds of the tax exempt bond.
3. The City Council directed staff to install an activated warning sign at the Luce Line
Trail crossing at Vicksburg Lane.
