RESOLUTION No. 2015-223
RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT FOR THE
2015 PUBLIC WORKS MILL AND OVERLAY PROJECT PHASE II (15002.3)
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted a resolution on June 6, 2015, which fixed a date for a
public hearing on the proposed improvement of the streets north of Old Rockford Road and east of
Holly Lane including Garland Lane, Fountain Lane, Dunkirk Lane Comstock Lane and 45th Avenue in
the subdivisions known as Golfview Estates and Golfview Woods by edge mill and overlay of
bituminous pavement, replacement of concrete curb and gutter, and all necessary appurtenances;
and; and
WHEREAS, a minimum ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice of the hearing
was given, and the hearing was held on July 28, 2015, at which all persons desiring to be heard will be
given an opportunity to be heard thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Plymouth City Council of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted
July 28, 2015.
2. The City Council declares its official intent to reimburse itself for the costs of the
improvement from the proceeds of the tax exempt bond.
