RESOLUTION No. 2015-220
RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT FOR BASS LAKE PARK
TENNIS/BASKETBALL COURT REHABILITATION PROJECT (PRK40018)
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth, as owner, and Dermco-LaVine Construction and Munson, Inc.,
as contractors, have entered into an agreement for the Bass Lake Park Tennis/Basketball court
rehabilitation project (PRK40018), and said agreement was approved by the City Council on September
23, 2014; and
WHEREAS, the contractor Dermco-LaVine Construction has submitted a request for final
payment in the amount of $128,000.00; and
WHEREAS, the contractor Munson, Inc. has submitted a request for final payment in the
amount of $36,686.00, for a cumulative payment of $69,386.00; and
WHEREAS, the City's consultant and staff has certified their acceptance of the work; and
WHEREAS, the project was authorized at $220,000 and funded through the Park
Replacement Fund. With final payments, the project cost is $220,000.00, which is on budget.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the final payment for the for the construction of the Bass Lake Park Tennis/Basketball
court rehabilitation project (PRK40018) to Dermco-LaVine Construction in the amount of $128,000.00,
and to Munson Inc. in the amount of $36,686.00, for a cumulative payment of $69,386.00, is hereby
approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 28th day of July, 2015.
