RESOLUTION No. 2015-214
RESOLUTION APPROVING POLICE ORDERED TOWING
AND IMPOUNDMENT CONTRACT FOR 2015-2018
WHEREAS, the City's current contract for towing and impoundment of vehicles expires October
31, 2015; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to enter into a new three year contract with a qualified
contractor for police ordered towing and impoundment of vehicles; and
WHEREAS, proposals were solicited and received from Plymouth Automotive Inc., and Frankie's
towing; and
WHEREAS, Plymouth Automotive, Inc. is recommended to provide towing and impoundment
services per the following rates that are made part of the Police Ordered Towing and Impoundment
Contract for November 1, 2015 through November 1, 2018:

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the Police Ordered Towing and Impoundment Contract with Plymouth Automotive,
Inc. for November 1, 2015 -November 1, 2018 is hereby approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 28th day of July, 2015.
