HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2015-213CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION No. 2015-213 RESOLUTION APPROVING A SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE "ASPEN HOLLOW" DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT (2014008F) WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth approved a final plat and development contract for Aspen Hollow on the property located west of Dunkirk Lane; WHEREAS, the property is presently legally described as Lots 1-12 and 14-33, Block 1; Lots 1-17, Block 2; Lots 1-24, Block 3, and Outlot C, Aspen Hollow, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota. plat; WHEREAS, the city approved a development contract covering the improvements related to said WHEREAS, the applicant requested a revision to paragraph 28 of said development contract; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it hereby does approve the request by Pulte Homes of Minnesota to amend the development contract for Aspen Hollow and the mayor and city manager be authorized to execute the amendment on behalf of the city; and, FURTHER, that city staff record the second amendment to the development contract with Hennepin County.
