RESOLUTION No. 2015-212
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATION FROM THE PLYMOUTH LIONS CLUB
AND PLYMOUTH CRIME AND FIRE
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Lions Club and Plymouth Crime and Fire desire to donate electronic recording
monitoring system and GPS tracking system at a cost of $7,335 to be used by the Police Department; and
WHEREAS, this equipment is needed to provide safety to undercover officers and evidence recovery;
and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BYTHE MAYOR AND CITYCOUNCILOF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the donation of an electronic recording monitoring system and GPS tracking system at cost of
$7,335 from the Plymouth Lions Club and Plymouth Crime and Fire is hereby accepted.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 28th day of July, 2015.
