Amendment. Section 1015.29 of the Plymouth City Code is amended as follows: 1015.29 Other Permit Fees and Charges. Amendment. Section 1016 — Subdivision 1 of the Plymouth City Code is hereby amended as follows: Subd. 1. Bass Lake Shelter. A. Plymouth non-profit groups will be charged a rental fee of $4-011 per hour and a $200 building deposit, with a two hour minimum (to avoid paying sales tax, a copy of tax exempt certificate must be provided). B. Private Plymouth parties will be charged a rental rate of $4244/hour (plus sales tax) and a $200 building deposit. The minimum rental period is one hour. The building deposit will be returned within two weeks of the event if no deductions are necessary and the key has been returned. C. Non-residents will be charged a rental rate of $5,557/hour (plus sales tax) and a $200 building deposit. The minimum rental period is one hour. School district groups will be charged a rental fee of $4-011 per hour and a $200 building deposit, with a two hour minimum (to avoid paying sales tax, a copy of tax exempt certificate must be provided). Plymouth residents may apply for a rental space at either Parkers Lake or Medicine Lake (available at the East Beach), beginning April 15. Non-residents may apply after April 25. Spaces will be available for use May 1 through October 15 for a fee of $ $447 for residents and $6567 for non-residents. Renters must provide their own locks and must accept all responsibility for vandalism or loss. Canoes still on racks after October 15 may be impounded. A minimum service charge of $50 will be required for owners to reclaim their watercraft. Further, in order to provide protected storage space, such impoundment will include a minimum fee of $10 per month for each month following impoundment. (Ord. 2009-03, 211012009; Ord. 2011-01, 111112011) Subd. 3. Dock Permits. Dock permits shall be issued on an annual basis and shall expire on December 31 of every year. The annual permit fee is $25. Subd. 4. Hilde Performance Center. The rental season for this facility is April 15 through October 15, weather pennitting. Damage/Cleaning Deposit: To be refunded within 2 weeks after the event if no problems incur. $400 $400 $400 Additional fees for excess damage may be assessed. Subd. 5. Plymouth Ice Center. A. Winter Time (Sept. -March) $200 per hour (includes $5 surcharge) B. Summer Time (April-August)$175 per hour (includes $5 surcharge) Rentals need to be made five days in advance to facilitate staffing, and the Wayzata and Robbinsdale School Districts would not be charged the $5 per hour surcharge. A. $355 plus tax for Plymouth Residents and Plymouth Non -Profit Groups B. $410 plus tax for Plymouth Corporations C. $475 plus tax for Non -Residents D. Police Officer - $60 per hour (a Plymouth police officer must be on duty the entire time alcohol is served during an event (Ord. 2007-20, 7/24/2007; Ord. 2009-10, 6/23/2009; Ord. 2010-09, 7113/2010; Ord. 2013-25, 8113/2013) Subd. 7. Park Facilities. A. Softballibaseball fields, hockey rinks $-2425/hour or $9799/day B. Football/soccer fields $3031/hour or $ 127/day C. Outdoor courts $99/hour per court D. Parkers Lake North Picnic Shelter. A. Residents Half -Day $7578 and $100 damage/key deposit Full -Day $4-30135 and a $100 damage/key deposit B. Parkers Lake Pavilion Multi -Purpose Room. A. Plymouth non-profit groups will be charged a rental fee of $4749 per hour and a $200 building deposit, with a 2 -hour minimum (to avoid paying Tales tax, a copy of tax exempt certificate must be provided). B. All other Plymouth groups will be charged a rental fee of $6062 per hour, plus sales tax, and a $200 building deposit, with a 2 -hour minimum.* C. Non-resident groups will be charged $7580 per hour, plus sales tax, and a $200 building deposit, with a 2 -hour minimum. D. School district groups will be charged a rental fee of $4-516 per hour and a $200 building deposit, with a two hour minimum (to avoid paying sales tax, a copy of tax exempt certificate must be provided).
