Home My WebLink AboutCity Council Resolution 2015-198CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION No. 2015-198 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING "NO PARKING" ON BOTH SIDES OF DUNKIRK LANE BETWEEN DUNKIRK PLACE AND 52ND AVENUE WHEREAS, staff received complaints about vehicles parking on Dunkirk Lane near Prairie Ponds Park; and WHEREAS, vehicles were observed parking near the park slightly obstructing traffic; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that parking on Dunkirk Lane should be prohibited, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it hereby, authorizes the installation of "No Parking" signs on both sides of Dunkirk Lane between Dunkirk Place and 52nd Avenue. APPROVED by the City Council this 23rd day of June, 2015.
