RESOLUTION No. 2015-192
RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER N0. 1
FOR THE ELM CREEK STREAM RESTORATION PROJECT ( 14006)
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for the Elm Creek Stream Restoration has been prepared and
modifies sand filter installation, and beginning construction, substantial completion, and final payment
dates; and
WHEREAS, Article 4 Section 4.02 of the EJCDC Form of Agreement is hereby deleted and
shall be replaced to read: Sand Filter construction shall be complete by August 31, 2015. Tree
removal operations will not begin prior to December 1, 2015 and be complete by February 26,
2016. The Work will be substantially completed by August 31, 2016, and completed and ready
for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 14.07 of the General Conditions on or before
October 15, 2016; and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 is recommended for approval.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that Change Order No. 1 for the Elm Creek Stream Restoration Project is hereby approved.

Revised contract amount: $588,720.00
APPROVED by the City Council this 23rd day of June, 2015.
