RESOLUTION No. 2015-181
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN APPLICATION FOR FUNDING TO MN/DOT
FOR THE MUNICIPAL AGREEMENT PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth is eligible to receive funding from the Mn/DOT for
Municipal Agreement Program; and
WHEREAS, a plan has been proposed for the Hamel Frontage Road project; and
WHEREAS, the amount of funding the City is eligible to receive is $351,000 for this
project; and
WHEREAS, if the funding is provided, the City will complete the project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA; That the City of Plymouth hereby authorizes the City Manager or his
designee to apply for the Municipal Agreement Program funding from Mn/DOT in the amount
of $351,000 to be used for the construction of the Hamel Frontage Road project.
