RESOLUTION NO. 2001-558
APPROVING OFF -SALE 3.2 LIQUOR LICENSE FOR
SPEEDWAY SUPERAMERICA LLC, D/B/A SUPERAMERICA #3351,
4325 PEONY LANE
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an off -sale 3.2 liquor license from
Speedway SuperAmerica LLC, for SuperAmerica Store 43351 at 4325 Peony Lane; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance certificates.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that an off -
sale 3.2 liquor license is hereby approved for Speedway SuperAmerica LLC, for SuperAmerica
Store 43351 at 4325 Peony Lane, for the period through January 31, 2002.
Approved by the City Council on December 18, 2001.
