RESOLUTION NO. 2001-553
PROPERTY TAX LEVIES FOR TAXES PAYABLE IN 2002
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the operating budgets for the period commencing
January 1, 2002 and certain monies to finance said budgets are required to be raised from taxes
on taxable property in the City of Plymouth.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the following sums of money be raised by tax on
taxable property in the City of Plymouth for 2002 as set out in the approved 2002 City budgets
are hereby levied:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the said proposed tax levy be certified to the County
Auditor of Hennepin County on or before December 28, 2001.
Adopted by the City Council on December 18, 2001.
