RESOLUTION NO. 2001-550
APPROVING REDUCTION IN PARK DEDICATION FEE
WHEREAS, Shadow Hills Estates development has requested a 17% reduction in their park
dedication fees; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has reviewed said proposal for them to include
amenities within the development; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has concluded that there will be some
amenities constricted that will benefit the overall community at large.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that the
Shadow Hills Estates park dedication fee shall be reduced by 10% from $644,000 to $579,600,
and, further, that the walking paths shall remain open to the general public.
Adopted by the City Council on December 18, 2001.
