RESOLUTION NO. 2001-548
APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT
WHEREAS, the Fisher Sheet Metal Company has completed all work at the Plymouth Ice Center
in accordance with the published plans and specifications in the contract with the City of
Plymouth; and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Ice Center manager and the Director of Parks and Recreation are
recommending final payment,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that final
payment in the amount of $10,000 is authorized to Fisher Sheet Metal Company for work
completed at the Plymouth Ice Center.
Adopted by the City Council on December 18, 2001.
