RESOLUTION NO. 2001-547
AWARDING BID FOR SEWER AND WATER FOR
THE HILDE PERFORMANCE CENTER
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has a contract with Al and Jayne Hilde for the installation of
sewer and water for the Hilde Performance Center; and
WHEREAS, plans and specifications were prepared in accordance with the contract documents;
and
WHEREAS, sealed bids have been received and opened for this project; and
WHEREAS, the low apparent bidder is CDP Sewer and Water in the amount of $134,935; and
WHEREAS, the City's consulting engineer and Director of Parks and Recreation have both
recommended approval of the award of bid to CDP Sewer and Water.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that the
contract for the installation of sewer and water for the Hilde Performance Center is hereby
awarded to CDP Sewer and Water, Inc., in the amount of $134,935, and, fiirther, that fiinding
shall come from the capital improvement fiind in accordance with previous Council action.
