RESOLUTION NO. 2001-544
AUTHORIZING "NO PARKING" ON NORTH SIDE OF 21sT AVENUE
BETWEEN THE RESIDENTIAL DRIVEWAY AT
9540-21 ST AVENUE AND KILMER LANE
WHEREAS, there is limited visibility in the northwest corner of 21 st Avenue and Kilmer Lane
due to an existing retaining wall; and
WHEREAS, it is difficult for drivers to see vehicles parked on the north side of the roadway
when turning onto 21 st Avenue from southbound Kilmer Lane; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to minimize on -street parking at this location to enhance vehicular
safety.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it hereby, authorizes the installation of "No Parking"
signs on the north side of 21 st Avenue at Kilmer Lane from the residential driveway at 9540 -
21 st Avenue to Kilmer Lane.
Adopted by the City Council on December 18, 2001.
