RESOLUTION 2001-538
APPROVING PUD AMENDMENT FOR A YOGA STUDIO AT 2950 XENIUM LANE IN THE
NORTHWEST BUSINESS CAMPUS PUD. (2001140)
WHEREAS, Mind Body Solutions has requested approval of a PUD amendment for a yoga studio for
property legally described as follows:
Lot 1, Block 1, Northwest Business Campus 11th Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called public hearing and
recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by Mind Body
Solutions for a yoga studio at 2950 Xenium Lane, subject to the following findings and conditions:
1. A PUD amendment is granted for a yoga studio, in accordance with the application and plans
received by the City on November 1, 2001.
2. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and approvals per Ordinance
provisions.
3. The appropriate building permits must be obtained prior to constriction.
