HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2001-537CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 2001-537 APPROVING AN EXTENSION OF THE DEVELOPMENT APPROVALS FOR UNITED PROPERTIES FOR PHASE 2 CONSTRUCTION OF PLYMOUTH WOODS OFFICE CENTER, FOR PROPERTY LOCATED SOUTHEAST OF 34TH AVENUE AND FERNBROOK LANE (98169) WHEREAS, United Properties has requested a third extension for two additional years to the approved site plan and conditional use permit for property legally described as Lot 2, Block 1, Plymouth Woods Office Center; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a duly called public meeting and recommends approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of United Properties for a third extension for two additional years to the approved site plan and conditional use permit for Phase 2 constriction of Plymouth Woods Office Center, subject to the following conditions: 1. A third extension for an additional two years for the development approvals is hereby granted, subject to the conditions listed in Resolution 98-697, except as noted in Condition No. 2 below. 2. The lighting plan for the Phase 2 building shall comply with the exterior lighting provisions of the Zoning Ordinance that were adopted on February 29, 2000. 3. The development approvals shall now expire on November 18, 2003. ADOPTED by the City Council on December 18, 2001.
