RESOLUTION NO. 2001-516
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO
SIGN THE PERMANENT EASEMENT AGREEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 9005 & COUNTY PROJECT NO. 8911
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the CSAH 101 Constriction Cooperative Agreement
between the City and County on November 28, 2000; and
WHEREAS, the agreements have been signed and accepted by the property owners; and
WHEREAS, the City will be responsible only for its share of the costs associated with this
transaction per the agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to
sign the permanent easement agreements for parcels 43, 46 and 49.
Adopted by the City Council on November 27, 2001.
