RESOLUTION NO. 2001-515
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2002
PLYMOUTH METROLINK
MANAGEMENT PLAN AND BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth provides transit services, known as Plymouth Metrolink,
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 473.388; and
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth receives operating and capital assistance through the
Metropolitan Council for these transit services; and
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Council requires the submission of an annual Management
Plan and Budget by Plymouth Metrolink; and
WHEREAS, a 2002 Management Plan and Budget has been prepared by Plymouth Metrolink
for submission to the Metropolitan Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in the best interests of the City to
approve the 2002 Plymouth Metrolink Management Plan and Budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. That the City Council hereby adopts this resolution approving the 2002
Plymouth Metrolink Management Plan and Budget.
