RESOLUTION NO. 2001-513
RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 FOR
PLYMOUTH METROLINK NEIGHBORHOOD
STOPS PROJECT #8035
WHEREAS, the Plymouth City Council approved Resolution No. 2001-252 on June 12,
2001, awarding a contract to Victor Carlson & Sons, Inc. in the amount of $45,425.00 for
work on the Neighborhood Stops project for Plymouth Metrolink; and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 to this contract has been prepared providing for the
following:
Additions — Concrete, retaining wall, sod, curb, irrigation $7,543.00
Deletion — Installation of Site Amenities ($2,000.00)
Net change to contract - $5,543.00
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 to the contract with Victor Carlson & Sons, Inc. for the
Neighborhood Stops project, City Project No. 8035, is recommended for approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That Change Order No. 1 to Victor Carlson &
Sons, Inc. for the Neighborhood Stops project, City Project No. 8035 for an additional
$5,543.00 is approved:
Original Contract Amount - $45,425.00
Change Order Additions - $ 7,543.00
Change Order Deletions - -$ 2,000.00
Revised Contract Amount - $50,968.00
Adopted by the City Council on November 27, 2001.
