RESOLUTION NO. 2001-512
RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 FOR
MESSIAH UNITED METHODIST CHURCH PARK & RIDE
CITY PROJECT NO. 8006
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth issued Purchase Orders No. 10014 and 03043 to Excel
Energy for electrical work at the Plymouth Metrolink Messiah United Methodist Church Park
& Ride in the amount of $24,350.00; and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 to these purchase orders has been prepared providing for
the following:
Additions -
Connect Existing Lights $1,195.00
Repair Conduit and Wire $ 387.50
Net change to purchase orders - $1,582.50
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 to the purchase orders for Excel Energy for the Messiah
United Methodist Church Park & Ride project, City Project No. 8006, is recommended for
approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That Change Order No. 1 to Purchase Orders No.
10014 and 03043 for Excel Energy, Messiah United Methodist Church Park & Ride lot, for
an additional $1,582.50 is approved:
Original Purchase Orders Amount - $24,350.00
Change Order Additions - $ 1,582.50
Revised Purchase Orders Amount - $25,932.50
Adopted by the City Council on November 27, 2001.
