RESOLUTION 2001-506
RECOMMENDING THAT PARCEL 21-118-22-33-0250
BE SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION
WHEREAS, Hennepin County has provided the City of Plymouth with notice of nonconservation
property which has become tax forfeit as a result of nonpayment of property taxes; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with the City Council Tax Forfeit Land policy, the parcel has been
reviewed by staff.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, that it hereby:
1) Approves the classification of parcel 21-118-22-33-0250 as conservation, due to the
existence of wetland on the site,
2) Certifies that a review of public waterfront, peat, and timber issues has been done, and
no public nuisance conditions were noted on the parcel;
3) Certifies that it does not know of any wells located on the property; and
4) Recommends that the parcel be offered at public auction.
Adopted by the City Council on November 27, 2001.
