RESOLUTION NO: 2001-499
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED that the Plymouth Police Department enter into a grant agreement
with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration for the project entitled Teen Safe
Driving Initiative during the period from October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2003.
The Chief of the Plymouth Police Department is hereby authorized to execute such
agreements and amendments as are necessary to implement the project on behalf of the Plymouth
Police Department.
Adopted by the City Council on November 13, 2001.
