APPROVING ON -SALE 3.2 MALT LIQUOR LICENSE
FOR SAM VADLAMUDI D/B/A COQUITO' S MEXICAN GRILL,
1115 VICKSBURG LANE
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an on -sale 3.2 malt liquor license from Sam
Vadlamudi d/b/a Coquito's Mexican Grill, 1115 Vicksburg Lane; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance certificates; and
WHEREAS, an investigation of the applicant by the Plymouth Police Department resulted in no
recommendation for denial of the license; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was conducted and the City Council finds no reason to deny the
license; and
WHEREAS, the establishment abuts a residential neighborhood and noise complaints have been
made relating to a previous establishment holding a liquor license at this location.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that an
on -sale 3.2 malt liquor license is hereby approved for Sam Vadlamudi d/b/a Coquito's Mexican
Grill, 1115 Vicksburg Lane, with the condition that no amplified music or amplified sound is
allowed on the site after 10:00 p.m. until 9:00 a.m. The on -sale 3.2 malt liquor license is issued
for a period through January 31, 2002.
Approved by the City Council on November 13, 2001.
