FINDING NO OBJECTION TO LAWFUL GAMBLING EXEMPTION
FOR SUNSET HILL PTA
WHEREAS, notice of Lawful Gambling Exemption has been submitted to the City by Sunset
Hill PTA for bingo and a raffle to be conducted on November 16, 2001.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that it
finds no objection to the Lawfid Gambling Exemption for Sunset Hill PTA for an event at Sunset
Hill Elementary School, 13005 Sunset Trail, on November 16, 2001. The City fiirther waives the
30 -day approval waiting period.
Adopted by the City Council on November 13, 2001.
